Carina Havenstrite and Lauren Savitskas will explore the basic concepts of overdose fatality reviews (OFR) and describe the value of OFRs in developing community-based prevention strategies. The discussion will include an overview of the key components of the structure of an OFR, how a community implements an OFR, and available national resources to support OFRs.

This is a convening for multidisciplinary members who participate in, lead, support, or are interested in OFRs to connect directly with colleagues from different backgrounds to discuss relevant issues and trends, share ideas, exchange resources, and gain new skills to improve programs. Participants at any level of experience are invited to attend.
