In this session, hosted in partnership with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), we will build on the foundational elements of youth-driven boards, delving into the logistics of organizing youth advisory boards and the various components that will drive the work of the advisory group to include best practices for engagement, compensation, and the development of performance measures and assessments that will ultimately serve to enhance recovery support systems and inform juvenile justice reform through the lens of youth with lived experiences.
